Oxford is a town with a proud past and an even brighter future. With decades of combined experience and a deep-rooted commitment to public service, Rob Boroski and I are ready to serve as your next First and Second Selectmen.

Rob dedicated his life to public safety, retiring from the State Police after years as Oxford’s resident State Trooper. Today, he continues to serve as an officer right here in town. His wife is a dedicated teacher, and their two children currently attend Oxford High School—one a senior and the other in 9th grade. My wife and I have successfully run a local business for 25 years, and we raised our three children here—they all graduated from Oxford’s school system and have gone on to succeed in college and their careers.

Together, we bring the energy, experience, and values Oxford needs for the future. We believe in responsible leadership, transparent government, and building a thriving community that always puts residents first.

Our Priorities for Oxford’s Future.

1. Smart & Sustainable Economic Growth

Oxford has seen significant growth, but we must ensure it is balanced, sustainable, and beneficial to all residents. As Economic Development Director and Public Safety Officer, we will help businesses while protecting Oxford’s small-town character.
We will ensure:

✅ Ensure development aligns with Oxford’s values and long-term goals
✅ Attract high-quality businesses that bring good jobs to town
✅ Support existing businesses to help them thrive and stay local
✅ Upgrade infrastructure to keep pace with responsible growth

2. Modernizing Town Government

Oxford deserves a government that works efficiently, transparently, and in the best interest of its people. To bring Oxford into the future, We will:

✅ Update outdated charters, policies, and procedures for better efficiency
✅ Expand online services for easier public access and transparency
✅ Improve town responsiveness and accountability

3. Supporting Oxford’s Schools & Education System

A strong education system is vital to Oxford’s future. As parents with children in Oxford Schools—and with Rob’s wife working as a teacher, we understand the importance of:

✅ Increasing parental involvement in education decisions and policies
✅ Listening to and respecting the voices of our administrators, teachers, 

       and staff
✅ Working together to inspire students and raise achievement, putting   

       learning before politics.

✅ Being financially responsible while supporting academic excellence

4. Preserving Oxford’s Small-Town Charm

Oxford is more than just a growing town—it’s a community. We will ensure that growth does not come at the cost of our town’s character and quality of life by:

✅ Protect open space and natural resources
✅ Support housing that fits Oxford’s scale and lifestyle
✅ Promote local events and programs that build community

5. Strengthening Community Engagement & Public Safety

A strong community starts with an engaged public and a safe environment. I will:

✅ Encouraging public input on major town decisions.
✅ Supporting law enforcement and emergency services
✅ Enhancing infrastructure and traffic safety initiatives

6. Fiscal Responsibility & Tax Stability

Oxford’s taxpayers deserve a fiscally responsible government that ensures tax dollars are spent wisely. We will:

✅ Budgeting efficiently without sacrificing services
✅ Pursuing grants and alternative funding sources
✅ Maintaining a fair tax structure that supports residents and businesses

We believe in leadership through action. We have served our country, State, community, and neighbors for years, and I am ready to continue that service as First Selectman and 2nd Selectman. Our commitment is to:

✅ Listen to residents and lead with integrity
✅ Operate transparently and be accountable to the public
✅ Build on Oxford’s proud heritage while preparing for a bright future
